To ask the Scottish Government when the Registrar General will publish the annual report for 2019.
Answer
Scotland’s Population 2019: the Registrar General’s Annual Review of Demographic Trends will be published at 09:30 on 6 October 2020. The Report contains information about births, deaths and marriages during the year, together with other demographic information. A copy of the report is available in the Scottish Parliament Reference Centre, or from the Registrar General’s website at www.nrscotland.gov.uk .
