Luskentyre Beach Ranked the 13th Best Beach in the World

That the Parliament welcomes the news that Luskentyre beach, in the Isle of Harris, has been ranked as the 13th best in the world in the TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Best of the Best 2020, which reflects the views and choices of travellers across the world; recognises that Luskentyre is the only beach from Scotland to be included in the list; agrees that it is indeed one of the finest in the world; commends the community landowner, the West Harris Trust, for it continued stewardship of Luskentyre; thanks the communities of Harris for the welcome that they give to visitors from across the globe, and hopes that travellers will continue to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the Western Isles in years to come.
