Congratulating Queen of the South Ladies and Girls FC on Winning the SWFL South Women’s Football League

That the Parliament congratulates Queen of the South Ladies and Girls FC on winning the SWFL South Women’s Football League following an emphatic 10-0 win over Nithsdale Wanderers, its 15th win out of 15 games; understands that it is the first side to win a regional league as part of the women’s football pyramid; wishes the team well when it faces Harmony Row Women and Girls FC in the play-offs for League One, and commends everyone at the club for the outstanding work that they do providing opportunities for ladies and girls to play football at all age ranges for Queen of the South Ladies and Girls FC.
