Home-Start West Lothian Celebrates 20 Years in West Lothian

That the Parliament congratulates Home-Start West Lothian on working in the county for 20 years; notes that it was formed in 2000 and offers parents with young children vital support to overcome challenging times; further notes that it has grown from supporting 16 families in its inaugural year to helping over 1,200 families and nearly 3,000 children over two decades, including 65 families and 145 children during the COVID-19 pandemic, and wishes this excellent charity all the best for the future.
